4. Payment Terms
Payments are milestone-based with escrow protection. Payment schedule will be detailed in the project agreement. Late payments may incur charges and affect project timelines.

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client approvals, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to transparent communication about any delays.
6. Warranties
We provide 5-year structural warranty and 1-year service warranty as per our warranty policy. Warranties are subject to proper maintenance and usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the project value as specified in the agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and project documentation remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
